By creating an account or using the Phomate platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Phomate. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct and Content

When using Phomate, you agree not to:

• Post any content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Attempt to bypass or compromise the security of the application.

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Phomate a license to use, store, and display that content in connection with operating the service.

5. Services and Transactions

Phomate provides a platform connecting users (e.g., clients and photographers). We are not a party to any agreement between users. Users are solely responsible for interactions, bookings, and payments arranged through the platform.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a premium subscription or in-app purchases. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or our business.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Phomate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the actions of other users or any damages resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
